At last! After 2 years of pandemic break, GOA shareholders came together for our annual Shareholder Meeting. Our 4th Shareholder Meeting was hosted from October 6th to October 9th, 2022. Traditionally GOA Shareholder Meeting is being hosted in one of the countries of our shareholders. This time the choice turned to the country of our Greek shareholder Karabassis, and one of oldest cities in the world – Athens.
GOA team prepared a business report about the highlights of the business year 2022, covering both remarkable results and challenges, and of course provided the analysis of the most important events and projects of the outgoing year 2022, such as Supplier Event 2022, Automechanika and supporting such initiatives as Talents4AA, eFuel Alliance, CARUSO / Repdate or Partslife.
Together with the shareholders, GOA team defined future directions, short- and long-term goals for further successful development of the whole group. Besides, the annual Shareholder Meeting provided the frame for internal networking through market knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange.
